The work: Delivered a large-scale, multi-channel B2B eCommerce system for Grupo Modelo (the makers of Corona Extra, Negra Modelo, Modelo Especial, and Pacifico) used by their distributors, stores and restaurants to purchase Corona merchandise.
My role: Group Director overseeing all aspects of delivery and account planning. Managed the client relationship, developed SOWs, documented business requirements, managed cross-office delivery team, identified and executed new projects.
