The work: Developed a new site that markets and sells bank products and services while helping current and prospective customers achieve their individual financial goals. Followed a user-centric approach to identify and understand the customer segments through focus groups and stakeholder interviews that allowed us to redesign the site to speak with its target audiences consisting of consumers, small businesses, corporations and institutions.

My role: As hands-on project manager, managed all aspects of delivery, from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
