The work: Develop a user-centric, persona-based site based on SunTrust's lines of business. Carry SunTrust's new brand identity into all aspects of their site, building a customer-centered marketing platform focused on their three primary segments: Personal Finance, Small Business, and Corporate & Institutional clients.

My role: Led the initial project as the on-the-ground project manager, overseeing all aspects of project delivery. During subsequent phases, oversaw the project leadership team.
